(OTCBB:IGAT), publisher of igalinks.com today announced that it is in the final stages of negotiations with PlayGolfWeb, Inc., an internet-integrated company with a product, which allows real world golfers to select a professional as a partner and, through their virtual platform, create an equitable competition regardless of golfer's ability, course difficulty and course playing conditions.
