I compute with all the options warrants & debentures out it would give an equity infusion (cash) of over $5.5 million.
Of course much of the options & warrants were insiders giving themselves large quantities.

My best guess is the price increase is flat out manipulation with the sole intent being to raise $$ and let the insiders lock in profits on many of those shares, options & warrants.
Of course, I really doubt that we will see any selling by them. My guess is those transactions will come from offshore accounts. I have little doubt these people know how to do that.

All this brings BIG DOUBT as to if they are playing by the rules or releasing material non-public info selectively.

Augustine was involved with the JAWS scam. Supposedly had debentures. Sanders is/was one of those paid tout sheet newsletter publishers from what I understand.

I have little doubt THEY will make big money here. The public ? Well, isnt the public just there to make the insiders rich ? LOL

I cant predict how high the stock will go. The price of the warrants at $1.12 implies a minimun value for the common shares of $4.12. Unless they lower the strike price which could happen I guess.
It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

One things for sure, I wouldnt trust anyone of these fellows any farther than I could throw them.
