If at year end, they have a sizable following, decent amount of in-force insurance to guarantee future recurring revenue stream, generous cash reserves, etc... then QUOT w/b a possible 100-bagger

- if not, then stock goes to zero

- Seeing how QUOT is under a $1, & company continues to buy back shares, the verdict is still out
