Dow Transprt ($TRAN) 2735.35 -87.73 -3.11%. AMR and other led the index down. Higher fuel cost concerns are the culprit. Closed below the bullish 50/200 stack. Not good. ABF ALEX AMR BNI CNF CSX DAL FDX GMT JBHT NSC NWAC ROAD R LUV UAL UNP USFC U YELL are the index.

Energy (XLE) 33.25 +0.85 +2.62% All companies were green. API posted lowest levels of inventory since 1976. Sector well past 50/200 day EMA stack and setting another record today.
XOM RD CHV SLB TX ENE HAL WMB COC.B CGP P EPG RIG BHI UCL BR APC MRO OXY APA KMG AHC CG TOS RDC SUN ASH MDR are the sector.

Airlines ($XAL) 155.22 -5.02 -3.13% Airlines getting hit with mechanics refusal to work overtime. Dumping down on the charts. Halfway between 50 and 200 day EMA. Higher fuel costs are a problem.

S&P Transprt ($TRX) 606.74 -22.36 -3.55% same as the DOW.

Internet ($IIX) 537.91 +13.52 +2.58% Closed above the bearish 200/50 day stack.
DOT ($DOT) 790.94 +25.16 +3.29%. About to approach the 50 day EMA. Still well below the 200 EMA
Semis ($SOX) 1157.00 +32.81 +2.92% Still above 50/200 averages.
Good move by all three of the tech indexs.

Oil ($XOI) 538.57 +15.28 +2.92%
Oil Services ($OSX) 136.97 +4.50 +3.40%
All the energy related stocks were up.

Other stocks
WFII add to the telecosm today. Up 14%. Second correct pick.

LNUX reported earnings after the bell. Reported Q4 loss of $0.10 a share, $0.05 better than the First Call consensus of ($0.15); revenues rose 547% to $50.7 mln. Good numbers, but not yet profitable while competitors SUNW, DELL, and IBM are.

ISIL rose 13.89%. Intersil Becomes the Lead Strategic Investor in Bluetooth Leader Silicon Wave . I am missing why it jumped this high off the news.

ACPW rose 9.90% Speculation that it rose on new IPO OIIM’s coat tails.
