Hi Tim, NEWZ completes sale of INDV... biz.yahoo.com NewsEdge is expected to recognize a gain of approximately $2 million related to the sale, for the quarter ending September 30, 2000. The remaining cash payment schedule for the entire transaction has now been finalized, with the remaining payments to be made by September 1, 2000, December 31, 2000 and a final payment of $1 million on February 28, 2001.
