You can buy coffee on the special future market let us say for January 2001; You don't have to pay the coffee you buy, but if the price goes down you have to pay the difference and if the price goes up they pay you the difference; You have only to give a ganrantie!Because I am playing in Europe (Amsterdam and London) the terms could be a little different ;-$)))
