Dana Point, CA ? May 30, 2000 ? Internet Golf Association, Inc. (OTCBB:IGAT) today announced that the Company has been informed by the Securities and Exchange Commission that they have declared effective the Company's Registration Statement on Form SB-2 which provides for the sale of up to 3,000,000 shares of common stock at $1.00 per share. The offer to sell these securities may only be made by means of the Company's prospectus which is available from the Company. The SEC also declared effective the Company's Form 8-A Registration under the 1934 Act which makes the Company a fully reporting company and is now compliant with NASD Eligibility Rule 6530.

The Company intends to seek trading on the OTC Bulletin Board once appropriate forms are filed by market makers which is presently underway.
