MIAMI BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2000--Exclusive Cruises and Resorts, Inc. (OTCBB: XCLU) today announced that it retained the accounting firm of: Gershon Preston, & Company of Miami Beach, Florida for the completion of its 1999 annual audit and the Law Firm of: Ms. Jody Walker of Littleton, Co. as its new corporate counsel to file its Form 10 application with the SEC to become a fully reporting company in compliance with new rules & regulations put into place by the SEC.

Commenting on the engagements, Dr. George Macropulos, Chairman & President of Exclusive Cruises and Resorts said, "The board of directors is delighted to have found and retained two firms that will bring a wealth of experience and serve XCLU's shareholders in the years to come.

"It is anticipated that both the 1999 audit and the Form 10 filing will be completed within the next 5 days."
