I just received a letter to shareholders from Silver Standard dated 03/07/00. It was a very positive update. Significant was the information that Silver Standard has $2MM cash, no debt, and two projects with good exploration upside and plans for further drill testing. Silver Standard will have in excess of 300MM ounces silver under ownership and option.

I think that SSRI is the best high leveraged silver play in the metals market.
