The terms of the alliance are as follows:

Players Network has completed production of a line of 6 educational video tapes for Casino Journal Publishing Group. The video tapes focus on video poker and slot machines and utilize the talent and knowledge of experts Bob Dancer and Jeffrey Compton. Dancer and Compton are Video Poker and Slot Club Editors of CJPG's Casino Player and Strictly Slots magazines. The videos educate gamblers on slot clubs, slot machines and strategies on playing the different kind of video poker machines which are currently on the market. The videos are marketed for sale in Casino Player and Strictly Slots magazines and via CJPG's on-line Dealer's Choice Gift Shop at

Players Network has the rights to utilize excerpts of the CJPG video tapes on their Players Network closed circuit television network and on their gaming and entertainment Internet portal. Casino Journal Publishing Group will market via Casino Player and Strictly Slots magazine. Players Network will market Casino Journal publications on

Players Network has also begun producing a commercial for CJPG's Casino Player and Strictly Slots magazines. This commercial will be aired on the Players Network closed circuit television network and on Casino Journal will utilize the commercial for future marketing venues with plans to advertise on national television and cable networks. Casino Journal has also begun contributing content for, creating a multi-faceted relationship.
