Hello Steve Sorry to respond so late but I don't appropriate much time to SI anymore. As a matter of fact this is my first post in a long time. It seems as though BUGS has had its ups and downs. I believe that BUGS is behind their own timetable. It seems that everything has taken longer than anticipated. Yes at this point it appears that things are rolling. Perhaps the Signal Hill Project results are encouraging with a commensurate increase in investor activity. Merry Christmas to you also. It seems like this year was a blur and we were just wishing one another Merry Christmas not too long ago. Frank
