Jamie- IBM has made a big bet on Win2000 and I think it's
a smart bet. If you read Judge Jackson's Finding of Facts
you'll see Paragraphs 115 to 132 are devoted to the damage
inflicted on IBM PC Company by Microsoft. This damage
liability is a huge number, many time more than Netscape's
but I doubt that Lou will ever bother to collect on it.

Better that he has a loaded gun right on Bill's temple.

So it will be "Be nice to IBM" time at Microsoft for
a long while and that will help IBM's stock immensely.
