technology sharing agreement with Interland, Inc., a leader in turnkey Web hosting solutions.

The agreement calls for Interland to recommend Global?s directory and indexing services including
its ID FILES to its registered domains ("clients"). While the standard price for each of these
services is $9.95 per month, the agreement calls for Interland clients to enjoy preferential pricing. It
is anticipated that a significant number of Interland's 60,000 current clients will take advantage of
this opportunity, resulting in considerable initial revenues for Global. All new Interland clients will be
