For the next two weeks, Global Business Information Directory (GBDI) will begin beta testing new features and products on its comprehensive business directory website <http://www.gbid.com>. Marketing of the Company's newest product, a "Two Page Corporate Overview", a fully translatable two page company profile and products services page, will begin through a telemarketing campaign. The Company is in the process of hiring a telemarketing firm with national capabilities and a national telemarketing campaign is scheduled to follow the test marketing campaigns.
The Company forecasts significant revenues based on this new product and the launch of the new site in September of this year. According to a recent article in Forbes, July issue, internet analyst Mary Meeker is quoted as stating "the next trend - business selling Internet-based services to other businesses - will dwarf the revenues of the last four years".

Corporate Overview - The Corporate Overview is a two page information sheet, divided into Company Profile and Product and Services. These two page business summaries will be fully indexed and keyword searchable within the GBID.com business directory. In addition these companies will be able to have these documents translated into other languages.
Web hosting, Design and E-commerce and Value Added Features - The GBID Sales force will offer listed companies the option to have GBID.com design and host their sites, as well as provide an e-commerce back end software solution for their company web-site. These options have the added benefit of having the hosted businesses gain priority within the GBID.com search index.
Advertising Alternatives - GBID.com will initially offer three different advertising options (Banners, Classified and Feature Vendor Ads). Advertising revenue is a recurring source of revenue and is projected to account for approximately 3 % of GBID.com's total revenue over the next 36 months.
Content Indexing - For customers who already have a website hosted elsewhere, the content in their website can be fully indexed and searched within the GBID.com business search. This means that users can find a business by entering a keyword that appears in a business's website or corporate profile, such a brand name(s), product name(s) and/or service(s) regardless of where it is hosted and as long as those businesses have contracted with GBID.com.
