Just spoke with Todd. Apparently there are about 70,000 unpaid PP shares left at $2.50. It's first come, first serve as they have been oversubscribed. Some people who have requested shares haven't got their money in. He said they will wrap it up this week. Sounds like a hell of an opportunity to me (I'm already in).
