i.e the wild stocks need to be maintained from overfishing and the "tradgedy of the commons"

The current form of fish farms need review... well maybe include all farming practices too.

In fact, because fish populations migrate, and the oceans are interconnected in many ways, the whole planet needs to be regarded as one large "fish farm" and managed accordingly. There is a huge potential to increase the annual yield in catches. Just look at any old photos of fish landings from local sea areas.

Don't forget to see the "Year of the Goat" 50 cents either. Fortunately we don't need many of them to buy a decent meal. Lets hope it stays that way too. Fingers crossed.
