Hong Kong-registered company, in return for 9
million shares of restricted stock. Asia4Sale.com Inc. will operate
Asia4Sale.com Ltd. as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Asia4Sale.com Ltd. is a three-part e-commerce venture with retail
shopping, auction, and barter components, aimed at exploiting the strong
regional and worldwide demand for Asian goods and services.
ShoppingAsia (www.asia4sale.com) is a multilevel retail-commerce venture.
At the first level, ShoppingAsia offers over 5000 Asian-made products through
stores operated free of charges by individual web entrepreneurs. Premium
storefronts are soon to be offered, aimed at more sophisticated web users.
These will include unique individual branding, individualized design, and web
address. An integral part of the Asia4Sale.com Ltd. business plan is its
positioning as an e-commerce Application Service Provider (ASP), offering a
complete e-commerce back end that can be quickly and easily be adopted to a
client's products and branding. In all cases transaction fulfillment occurs
on-site, using Asia4Sale.com's propriety software and secure credit card
processing system.
AuctionAsia (www.auctionasia.net) is a web auction site focused on
industrial equipment, Asian-made components and raw materials, focused on the
business-to business market. AuctionAsia conducts web auctions and holds
equity investments in physical industrial auction operations in Asia.
BarterAsia (www.barterasia.net) provides a region wide commercial barter
exchange, the first Internet based commercial service in Asia.

Asia4Sale.com Ltd. was acquired and developed by ZiaSun Technologies Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: ZSUN), and was sold in private cash transactions in
December 1999.
Asia4Sale.com Inc is pursuing other potential acquisitions in the Asian
e-commerce field.
