Our gross margin is driven by the cost of the feedstock (plastic waste) and other chemical inputs
used in our production of fuel. We will initially purchase feedstock and other inputs both on the spot market and pursuant to fixed, short-term supply agreements.
Our profit margins and financial condition are significantly affected by the cost and supply of
raw plastic waste feedstock and other inputs in the commodity markets.
