1. Fully reporting, or somewhat reporting
2. Not hyped on every thread on SI and/or part of some newsletter
3. Under a buck
4. At or near it's 52 week low (300% over that is OK if it is below 1/8)
5. Have regular volume
6. Not up 3000% when you post it (or even 100%)
7. Being nailed with buys but for some reason is not moving
8. There should be some reason why someone ight buy the thing
