InterVoice is a leading global supplier of automated call processing solutions, with the number of installed systems totaling more than 6,500 in 46 countries. Growth 25% a year. Customers like Union Bank, HP, MCI.
InterVoicecs systems are used in inbound and outbound call centers across virtually all industry sectors to increase revenues and customer service levels, with lower associated costs. InterVoicecs allows financial institutions to offer "one call" banking and bill payment services using a wide variety of devices including telephones, screen phones, and multimedia PCs.
Intervoice has sales of over 100 million this year and I beleive the stock is over sold. Closed today at 12.75.
My quote com Zacks-Wall Street Recommendation has a STRONG BUY. The stock is down from the 30's.

InterVoice has a web site and the company is located in Dallas.

Good luck
