Any on who followed the multiple stock frauds by John Surgent with OREXX Gold
and Central American Equities. Should make a not of this. John W Surgent the father of
John J Surgent (son).. are use the names to lower investors to intrust the son.
The son will go out and get the trust of many investors and have the payments made to
the name John Surgent . While his father with the dame name will deposit the checks to
his account. The check cleared easily. millions of dollars. up to $46,000,000 .
The father who once was arrested for SEC fraud knew he was heading back to jail so he
racked up a hefty scam so that his son with the same name would be cleared of all charges.
The son took $5,000,000 after the OREXX scam to purchase 2 night clubs at the Hard Rock Cafe
in Hollywood Florida.
