In the present market environment there are many cases where already announced deals are trading at substantial discounts to the closing price. In many cases, this is warranted due to the uncertain financing environment, however, in other cases there can be substantial mispricings that offer us as investors opportunity. This thread is meant to discuss the more attractive opportunities that have less risk of blowing up and that offer attractive returns for investors.
