A Holding Company for financial entities, investor partnerships and asset managment subsidiaries. Envit brought out the shell of FRTL in June 2008, with deal closing August 21, 2008 which involved conversion of FRTL shares to ECGP via a 1 for 30 reverse split. The company planning on listing on OTC:BB by the end of 2008, and on AMEX by the end of 2009.
