I have tried to find a software processing solution that provides communications companies with a flexible system to quickly add new product and technologies to their billing and customer service systems. From an operational and marketing standpoint this area can cause customer problems and delays in putting products online.
As I see all of the various companies providing all the products - cable, long distance, local telephone, cellular and other wireless products, and all of the related products - the challenge to properly bill and comply with all of the regulations must be critical. Few, if any, of the companies planning to provide all or a portion of these product have dealt with providing one understandable statement for the customer and a customer service system that cost effectively supports it.
I have recently identified Saville Systems "SAVLY" which designs, develops, and markets billing and customer care software for the telecommunications industry.
Are there other traded companies that provide this service? Saville is a profitable company and their revenues are growing. Does anyone have any insight into this subject or Saville.
