Is this the Mouse that Roared? That is the question. That's what we are here to decide. Normally, I don't get excited about a 5-penny stock, but their virtual keyboard blew me away when I saw it. ibizpda.com . Since it's only a nickel, you should have 100,000 shrs or better to post here.
SEC Filings shows (1/29/2004): 2,192 million shrs oust, that's about 2.2 billion 1,752 million shrs float (estimate) 103 million market cap. 4.7 cents per shr (2/2/04 close)
Think about those numbers. $47,000 and you own 1-million shrs. It moves a penny and you are up/down $10,000.
Their virtual keyboard retails for $100.00. If demand for their product takes off and these guys can meet it, they could do OK.
That's the good news, Now the BAD. IBiz is creating stock faster then it sells widgets. They have $3.79 million in convertible bonds that just converted to stock--thus the delay in their 10K. The 8-K that informs the public of the conversion has not been made public, but I'm guessing it will bring another 450 million shrs into the marktet considering the bonds have an adjustable conversion price. With this feature, short selling will be in-play. "Let the Investor Beware"
Anyway, here's a boad all it's own for folks to sound-off, So let's have it. |
