Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of Its Ordinary Shares TEL AVIV, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 2000--BreezeCom Ltd. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of 4.5 million of its ordinary shares.
