QuickLogic Announces Initial Public Offering
SUNNYVALE, Calif., October 15, 1999 -- QuickLogic Corporation (Nasdaq: QUIK) today announced the initial public offering of 6,667,000 shares of common stock at a price of $10 per share. Of those, one-half, or 3,333,500, were offered by Cypress Semiconductor, the sole selling stockholder. QuickLogic has given the underwriters an option to purchase up to 1,000,050 shares to cover over-allotments. The common stock will trade on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "QUIK."
BancBoston Robertson Stephens Inc. is the lead manager for the offering. Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and SoundView Technology Group, Inc. are co-managers.
