JenaNet.Com Inc., symbol JENA, a Internet based company serving aviation customers like American Airlines, Delta, Lufthansa and the US Military since 1996 has developed a turbine engine data management system known as a Jet Engine Neural Anaylizer (JENA) and called Jena, that eclipses current engine condition monitoring technology. This system does a neural analyzes of engine data from commercial aircraft monitoring systems that typically flows to and is captured by the aircraft's black box and then is transmitted by a air/ground communication system to the airline's maintenance facility as the aircraft are in flight. The company has recently gone public on the NASDAQ as a pink sheet, symobl JENA. Visit their web site at www.jenanet.com.

This Internet based technology is a quantum leap in engine management and safety because it allows airline maintenance facilities to do more than just capture and trend engine data (typically a requirement of the FAA airworthiness branch). Jena's proprietary turbine engine management software not only offers traditional trend data analysis, but also revolutionary engine condition classification analysis which includes engine diagnostics, fault forecasting (with identification of parts related to the fault), and exception reporting functions that report directly to the fleet operator. This new technology won a Technology Innovation Award given annually by "Aviation Week and Space Technology" Magazine. The technology has also been featured in "Aerospace Engineering" Magazine. Currently there are over 25,000 turbine aircraft and over 60,000 engines that could benefit from this new Internet based technology. Base pricing for Jena is $1,200.00 USD per engine per year.

October 1, 1999 the company, JenaNet.Com Inc. signed an aggreement with ARINC. ARINC which is owned by U.S. and international airlines develops and operates communications and information processing systems for the aviation and travel industries and provides systems engineering and integration solutions to the government and industry. Founded in 1929 to provide reliable and efficient radio communications for the airlines, ARINC is a $400 million dollar company headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, USA with over 2,800 employees world wide (web site www.arinc.com)

This agreement between JenaNet.Com Inc., and ARINC will allow airlines to manage their fleets in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a weeek, 365 days a year through ARINC's GlobalLink data communications system. Currently there are over 5,000 aircraft using the ARINC data communication system, transmitting through 570 ARINC radio towers world wide.

Although JenaNet.Com Inc. trades as a Pink Sheet, the company expects with global acceptance and need of the technology they will be able to apply for NASDAQ full listing in the not to distance future. The company has approximately 3.8 million shares outstanding with approximate float of 1.9 million shares of free trading.
