In this world we are constantly hearing the negative things about the children we encounter. This thread is a place to post things about children, that make you laugh, or show a good deed. Just a place to basically brag about kids...

I am going to start by sharing an example of the funny things my children have said over the years.....one from each child of course.

Emily, my oldest was taking a shower one evening...she was about 7 years old at the time. After about 45 minutes, her dad ask her if she was about finished. She replied, Yeah dad, all I have to do is wash my hair and my body!!

Michael my oldest son, when he was about 3 years old, and it was christmas morning, proudly annonced to me, "Mom, I got everything I wanted for Christmas! he paused for a moment and continued, "I even got somethings I did not want!!

Brian, next in line, showed me an old truck on a farm the other day. He said, look mom there is a truck like daddy has. (Daddy's truck that he was speaking of is his dad's favorite toy. The truck is a 1956 red, Ford F100, the truck he always dreamed of having.) After another minute he ask, "Mom, why do we have a farm truck, and we don't live on a farm??"

My youngest Kevin, who is now two...cracks everyone up with his gender identity info on our family. Here is the routine. You ask him,

What is Emi?? and he replies, Girl
What is Brian?? and he replies, Boy
What is Michael?? and he replies, Boy
What is Kevin?? and he replies, Boy
What is Mommy?? and he replies, Girl
and finally
What is Daddy?? and he replies, GOOF BALL!!

Now, won't you share your favorite memories with the rest of us??
