TMM specializes in providing high-resolution compression services for the delivery of high quality video over the Internet and the DVD format. The company believes that affordable cable and DSL connections as well as the increasing sales of DVD players have caused a demand for interactive high-resolution video. TMM will use its proven expertise in these areas of technology to offer compression services to content developers worldwide.

The Company's immediate objectives are to introduce a series of still image and video compression products to enhance the performance of digital cameras. Additionally, the Company products will make the transmission of video and still images over the Internet easier. The Company will offer video compression for broadband delivery of video over the Internet and corporate Intranets, including a wide range of multimedia content development services (3-D, animation, etc).
