From IPO Central... Underwriters: Morgan Stanley Dean Witter; Hambrecht & Quist; SG Cowen

"Dragon Systems is breathing fire into the market for PC voice recognition software. The company's NaturallySpeaking products transcribe natural voice patterns, unlike earlier products on the market that required users to talk very slowly. Dragon's products are available in six languages, with special versions for legal and medical professionals and one designed specifically for teenagers. The company sells through distributors such as Ingram Micro and Tech Data, as well as through retailers and value-added resellers. Users include Bank of America, Boeing, and Peugeot. CEO and founder Janet Baker and her husband own 52% of Dragon Systems; disk drive maker Seagate Technology owns about 38%."

Best Regards
