Professional services firm that provides intranet, extranet and web site solutions to medium and large companies. Went public on Dec 5, 1997. Intel purchased $10 million of the stock (over 1.6 million shares). The company is acquisitive, having acquired about 20 companies in the last year. Stock offered at $7.50 and finished at $10 on the first day of trading. This company seems to have significant potential, and has a niche.
