GM stock has not moved much in the past 20 years! That's right, 20 YEARS. But this is the world's largest car company. They are signing agreements in China, steadily becoming more efficient, and certainly deserve a PE higher than yhe current 7.5.

Any ideas on this totally BORING stock?
