This is a VERY prmosing and aggressive oil junior with a huge bonus thrown in -- gold. SHO was recommended by BBS when is was .54 trading OTC. In six months it's moved to the ME and closed Friday at 1.4. It's very busy acquiring some impressive o&g production, including its most recent at Matagorda, Texas. More acquisitions planned. Target this year based on cash flow: $2. For 98: $3.6. Not a bad play. But there's a real bonus. SHO owns 50.4% of Royal Standard Minerals (RSM.M) which in itself has some excellent gold projects in Quebec (does the name Bousquet sound familiar?). So at the current price, each SHO share, already undervalued, gets you a free RSM share, which has some real explosive potential. This is a relatively low-risk, high-potential play. Check out BBS and do some DD. I think you'll like what you find. |
