I think it is easier to identify good short sale stocks than good long stocks. Cause much greater effort is expended by investors in finding winners than losers.

So I wanted to start a discussion about any tech dogs you might know of (cos that could lose upto 50% of their value)

For example, some internet stocks are down significantly from their highs - SPYG, UUNT, NETC. What else is ripe for a fall - overvalued, bad mgmt, lack of focus, etc.
