GM stock has not moved much in the past 20 years! That's right, 20 YEARS. But this is the world's largest car company. They are signing agreements in China, steadily becoming more efficient, and certainly deserve a PE higher than yhe current 7.5. Any ideas on this totally BORING stock?

SI - GM - General Motors

[Glenn Petersen] Balancing the Give and Take in GM's Chinese Partnership By SHARON TERLEP Wall ...

Balancing the Give and Take in GM's Chinese Partnership By SHARON TERLEP Wall Street Journal August 19, 2012, 10:31 p.m. ET SHANGHAI—The next generations of General Motors Co.'s GM Cadillacs will have softer corners, dashboards with more gadgetry and plusher rear seats.
