Carl: This looks like it was managed into a bad deal for shareholders. $4.75 is a steal, or should I say stealing!

This whole sector gives meaning to the fact of manipulation in the markets. No other bidders? Of course not, this was slated for takeover and there was nothing anyone was going to do about it.

TSK TSK, hope they dont get away with this on some of my own small cap defense stocks.
