The truth is, there ARE a lot of reasons for an insider to sell, but one of them ISN'T that he believes the stock is going to go up. I have never met a CEO who said he sold because he felt the stock was undervalued. Spin it any way you like. This is not good news. Except perhaps for me <g>.
