I am not sure about the chart format. It looks like stockcharts.com is not holding me settings. When I looked at the charts again all the volume by price information is missing and all the technical indicators are missing.

I might have use the bigchart.com charts instead though it hard to see the details and I can't control the moving averages as easily.

I will comment on your questions about other market top and bottom indicators later this weekend. It is a long weekend here in Canada.
