I think you are confused. Viruses spread when you insert a floppy, or any kind of a disk that can be connected. Of course you could classify this as "user help" but I don't.

A trojan requires the user on a Mac to install it, meaning you have to have admin privileges.

A phishing scam has nothing do do with the system, someone could walk up to you on the street, claim they were a representative of your bank and ask for your password.
