Terry, I always appreciate your critical approach to everything that comes across your way, but let me alleviate your concerns regarding myself. As I've mentioned in the past, I'm very much a believer in Orbite's technology and future. I'm a shareholder in the company and therefore would naturally want to discuss its prospects on bullboards specifically set up for this purpose. I've refrained from posting lately mainly because I've been busy, but also because this incident with the AMF has left too many questions and possibilities that I was rather wanting to wait to see how everything concluded before offering an opinion on it.

I still don't know what exactly was the problem with the mineral resource estimate in the first place. And the requirement for including an analysis of the costs for using electricity only also seems to be overreaching for a regulatory body to demand inclusion in a preliminary assessment of economics. As Mark has pointed out, the company was ready to submit an NR on Thursday or Friday but for whatever reason was held up. Until we get answers on all of these fronts there isn't much up for discussion other than to speculate. My feeling is that Orbite was able to make the deadline and we are currently waiting for the verdict from the regulatory agencies.
