Toya Reese Toya Reese is the Human Resources Director of Big 3 Packaging. In her current role, Toya oversees all matters relating to growing, managing, and developing staff members. Prior to assuming the Human Resources Director role at Big 3 Packaging, Toya was retained as a consultant by its prior owner, JBI Inc. Toya brings a diverse background of corporate human resources experiences to her current position. She has worked as a consultant for Arista Marketing Associates, and as an employee for The Hartford, Charming Shoppes and other well-known organizations in a variety of human resources roles.
