There is going to be no default - technical or otherwise. Republicans will cave - not good. Everyone will be happy. July 29th is a bradley turn if I am not mistaken.

EDIT: No vote tonight. I think Boehner is toast as a speaker. He was too cozy with Obama - and now he is going to be gone...
