I just think that with UCB agreeing to pay us $100 million before approval and give back E/oncology rights in order to sub-license E for the US, in addition to the $38 million they've already paid upfront and the money they've already spent on the dosing trial, phase lll trials and manufacturing, they would want some real money to give up the biggest market. They aren't going to give most of it to IMMU. So, it's a matter of guessing how much they want to put into their own pocket for US rights.
They've commited to and spent upwards of $200 million so far, it really isn't hard to fathom them wanting that plus an amount equal to the additional amount they've agreed to pay IMMU for the right to sub-license.

Wishful thinking, sure. Possible? Certainly.
