Moggy. It depends on how this is looked at. Thorium Power, Ltd is the parent company of Thorium Power Inc. There was a merger but the prevailing business entity is Thorium Power Ltd. In other words, it appears that Thorium Power Inc. merged into Novastar Resources with the final outcome of Thorium Power, Ltd (using the former incorporation capital structure of Novastar Resources). In any case, copy and paste the immediate below web address and it will take you to the Nevada webpage page showing Thorium Power Ltd with the file date of 2/2/99. So what is the natal date for you, the actual merger date or original file date of the official capital structure after the dust had cleared?
Also, click onto the ammendment box at the bottom of the Neveda webpage and look at the ammendment description dated 10/5/06. It shows new issuance of capital stock and that was probably the result of the merger.
