Bill O'Reilly and his co-worker, the woman in question, were both required to keep their lips buttoned as a condition of the settlement of a sexual harassment lawsuit of a few years ago.

My assumption is that this was a hoax perpetuated around the 2008 election for ratings purposes only.

I think most accusations with such payoffs have merit, that one included.
