Just as I predicted about 15 messages ago. The Google mania faitful are programmed to buy the dip. They literally cannot help themselves. The institutions know that, and welcome it. After all, there has to be bagholders to buy the shares they are selling. ------------- buy this dip and profit.

CB, block trades data would tell us if it was retail and/or institutional selling on Friday. I suspect, however, that the large block selling came from the market makers [Options Expiration Max-Pain] & the selling was exacerbated by panicked retail holders. If there is anymore selling it should be over by Monday morning - the RSI is under 10! Let's not forget [Barron's Fidelity article on the weekend helped confirm this] that GOOG was a top Fidelity holding as of Dec 31, 05. Institutions don't buy & then sell immediately after a big run-up.
