Tod, I wish I had followed your guidelines with NEIK.This is the worst mistake I have made in my 40 years of investing. EVERY one was so positive about it 2 years ago that "I drank the lemonade" I even bought into a private placement in addition to BOAT LOAD OF SHARES. I have no one to blame except myself,an expensive lesson. Ernie
