Lets be fair to Musser - not many anticipated such a rapid and massive meltdown. And while it may not be pleasant that Musser had to sell, let us note that he did it through a private placement, so that this at least did not happen on the open market, perhaps sparing the stock further pressure. This situation, while sad, does nothing to cast Musser in a bad light as far as I'm concerned.
