DDDAAAMMMNNNIIITTT!!! I HATE being caught. Okay, Mike it is actaully 17 cents a copy sold, only
9 cents for each time I mention the book. They will increase my commission when I read two more books,
kinda' like one of those book club deals, you know...I just keep wondering on this beautiful Friday afternoon
in North State CA how in hell you busted me so soon. I thought I was being so disceet. Not like I was demanding to talk to CEO like Bernard Schwartz or anyhting like that...damn...

JMD - what you are missing is one thing. It is called trade deficit or exports. Many postindustrial industries just churn capital - they do not create new capital. Not all, but many.

Ask the question, why are trade deficits at record levels? Manufacturing produces a product that can be exported.

Software produces a product that can be pirated, financial services churns capital.

Build a car, make steel etc and you have a product that can be exported and return capital to your country.
